1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person using the service and jdrbet. They apply to the jdrbet website, player account features, casino games, live dealer products, sports markets, promotions, payment functions, and associated support services. References to jdrbet include the platform operator and authorised service providers acting on its behalf.

By registering, funding an account, placing a wager, or continuing to use jdrbet, you represent that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidance. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the service.

2 Definitions

For this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings stated below:

• Account means the personal jdrbet profile created for an eligible, verified player.
• Bet or Wager means a stake placed on a casino game, live event, sports market, or other product made available by jdrbet.
• Bonus means promotional credit, free-play value, cashback, or another benefit subject to separate conditions.
• Player Funds means cleared real-money funds recorded in a player's withdrawable balance, excluding restricted bonus credit.
• Payment Method means an approved bank, card, e-wallet, or transfer channel used to deposit or withdraw funds.
• You or Player means the eligible person who registers for and uses a jdrbet account.

3 Account Eligibility

You may register with jdrbet only if you are at least 21 years old and have reached the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must not be prohibited from gambling by law, court order, self-exclusion, employment duty, or another binding restriction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that the domestic legal position concerning online gambling is complex. jdrbet operates within an international gaming context and does not claim to be licensed, approved, or supervised by any Malaysian government authority. You remain solely responsible for confirming whether your participation is lawful from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location.

jdrbet may refuse registration or request evidence of age, identity, address, source of funds, or account ownership. Access may remain restricted until all checks are completed to jdrbet's reasonable satisfaction.

4 Registration and Account Security

All registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. You may hold only one jdrbet account unless written approval is provided. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, transferred, shared, or used on behalf of another person. You must promptly update information that changes.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access, and verification codes. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless jdrbet has been notified of suspected compromise. If you believe another person has accessed your account, stop using it and contact support through the platform without delay.

jdrbet may use reasonable security measures, including device review, login monitoring, multi-step verification, and temporary restrictions. These measures are intended to protect players and do not remove your obligation to maintain secure credentials.

5 Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by jdrbet and, unless expressly approved, held in the verified player's name. Available Malaysian options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, MYR limits, fees, and processing times may differ by account and provider.

5.2 Source of funds

You confirm that all deposited funds are lawfully obtained and belong to you. jdrbet must not be used as a banking facility, money-transfer service, or means of disguising the origin or destination of funds. Enhanced verification may be required before funds are accepted or released.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, payment review, security checks, and any valid bonus conditions. jdrbet may return funds to the original payment channel where practicable. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks and e-wallet providers may conduct their own checks.

Obvious payment errors, duplicate credits, reversed deposits, and funds credited by mistake do not belong to the player. jdrbet may correct the account balance and recover sums paid in error after providing an appropriate record of the adjustment.

6 Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager is accepted only when recorded by the jdrbet system and confirmed in the account history. An attempted wager may be rejected if funds are insufficient, a market has closed, the connection is interrupted, required details are incomplete, or a technical or pricing error is identified.

Sports settlements are based on the official result or recognised data source selected by jdrbet. This applies to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports, and other listed markets. Unless market rules state otherwise, subsequent disqualifications or amended results may not change a correctly settled wager.

Casino outcomes are determined through the applicable game system, certified random number generator, or live dealer process. Display issues do not override the valid result held in server records. If an event or game is interrupted, jdrbet may void or settle affected wagers according to product rules and verified system data.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Each jdrbet promotion may have additional conditions covering eligibility, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, contribution rates, maximum conversion amounts, eligible games, expiry periods, and withdrawal restrictions. Those specific conditions form part of this agreement when a player claims or uses the promotion.

Bonuses have no cash value until all applicable requirements are met. A deposit balance and bonus balance may be used in a defined order. Withdrawing early may result in unused bonus credit and associated winnings being removed where the published promotion rules clearly provide for that outcome.

jdrbet may withhold or cancel a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk bonus conversion, identity manipulation, technical exploitation, or other abusive conduct. Any decision will be based on account records and the relevant promotional terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use jdrbet to engage in unlawful, dishonest, disruptive, or abusive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• using false identity details, impersonating another person, or opening duplicate accounts;
• using funds or payment methods that do not lawfully belong to you;
• collusion, match manipulation, insider betting, chip dumping, or coordinated play;
• using bots, scripts, automation, scraping tools, or software designed to obtain an unfair advantage;
• exploiting errors in odds, settlement, payment processing, bonus configuration, or game operation;
• attempting to bypass geographic, age, verification, account, or responsible gambling restrictions; and
• threatening support staff, submitting fraudulent documents, or interfering with jdrbet systems.

jdrbet may investigate suspicious conduct, delay affected transactions, void wagers directly linked to abuse, restrict the account, and retain relevant records. Legitimate player funds will be handled according to applicable law and verified contractual rights.

9 Responsible Gambling

jdrbet is intended for recreational use by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be treated as employment, guaranteed income, an investment, or a solution to debt. You are responsible for setting an affordable budget and monitoring the time and money spent.

jdrbet may provide deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders, and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be applied in accordance with the chosen period and cannot be casually reversed. You must not attempt to create another account or use another person's account during exclusion.

10 Privacy, Verification, and Records

jdrbet processes personal information for account administration, identity verification, payment handling, fraud prevention, platform security, legal compliance, and service communication. The categories of information used and the relevant player rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

You authorise jdrbet to request supporting documents and to use appropriate verification providers where required. Documents may include identification, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, and information demonstrating the lawful source of funds. Refusal to provide reasonably requested information may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account histories, wagering records, transaction logs, and verified server data constitute the primary record for resolving operational disputes, except where a clear error is demonstrated.

11 Service Availability and Liability

jdrbet aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network failures, device issues, supplier outages, payment delays, events beyond reasonable control, or regulatory measures may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdrbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from interrupted access, third-party services, player device failure, failure to protect login details, or decisions made using displayed sports information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A player's financial loss from a validly accepted and correctly settled wager is an inherent gambling outcome and does not create a claim against jdrbet.

12 Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure through jdrbet support, subject to settlement of pending wagers, completion of necessary verification, and withdrawal of any eligible remaining balance. Closure does not cancel obligations or investigations that arose before the request.

jdrbet may suspend, restrict, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, suspected prohibited conduct, material breach of these Terms, or prolonged inactivity. Where appropriate and legally permitted, jdrbet will provide a reason and information about any remaining legitimate balance.

13 Changes to These Terms

jdrbet may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security needs, new products, payment changes, operational improvements, or updated industry practices. Material revisions will take effect from the date stated on the updated page and may be communicated through the platform.

Continued use of jdrbet after amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an update, you should stop using jdrbet and request account closure.

14 Contact, Complaints, and General Provisions

Questions or complaints should first be submitted through live chat on the jdrbet platform. General enquiries may also be directed to the plain-text email address displayed in the footer. To assist review, provide your account identifier, relevant dates, transaction references, and a concise explanation without sharing your password.

jdrbet will review complaints using account records, transaction logs, game data, and these Terms. If part of this agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the internationally licensed operating entity, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that lawfully apply to the player.
